She provides guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the leadership of Bizentia, serving variously as role model, teacher, counsellor, advisor, sponsor, advocate, and ally, depending on the specific goals to improve business success and revenue.
Mr. Shubham
Chairman and Founder
Shubham is an entrepreneur and a technology visionary. Shubham is the chairman and Founder of Bizentia and a Trusted IT partner. Shubham has seed funded and is currently mentoring Bizentia startup.
Shubham received the award for his continued efforts and innovations in the field of IT.

Mr. Rameshwar
Deputy Chairman and Founder
Mr. Rameshwar conceptualized, articulated, and implemented the Global Delivery Model (GDM) which has become the backbone of the Indian software industry. GDM is based on collaborative distributed software development principles and has resulted in the delivery of superior quality software to global customers delivered on time and within budget.
Under Mr. Rameshwar’s leadership, Bizentia became the leader in innovation – in technical, managerial and leadership training, software technology, quality, productivity, customer focus, employee satisfaction, and physical and technological infrastructure.
Mr. Govind
President and Founder
Govind has been recognised by several publications as one of the world’s leading executives, including Best CEOs and Fortune Businessperson of the many Years lists and named a Top CEO on employee feedback. He is a recipient of India’s civilian honour.
Before joining Bizentia, Govind held CEO-product development and Program roles.
Govind holds many parents. Govind, as Chief Executive Officer and President, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Govind has many decades of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprises, executing business turnarounds and managing successful acquisitions.
Ms. Anjali Sharma
Managing Director and Founder
Anjali is Managing Director of Bizentia, an information technology, consulting and business process services company.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, Anjali brings strategic insight to Bizentia’s leadership team, and deep operational knowledge of driving business growth, furthering partnerships, and leading cross-cultural teams.
Anjali holds a Master’s degree in Life Science, from the Gujrat University.
Mr. Prince Kumar
Managing Director and CFO
Prince is a senior finance professional with around 18+ years of financial management and leadership experience, including strategic planning and decision-making; internal control assessment for compliance with applicable policies and laws. He has a track record for leading teams and supporting groups through major organizational change while demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results under pressure by leveraging his experience and knowledge.
Mr. Bhartendu Sharma
CEO
Bhartendu Sharma is Bizentia’s chief operating officer, with responsibility for leading the company’s global business operations, executing its business strategy, protecting its people and infrastructure, and ensuring operational excellence, including Bizentia’s ongoing digital transformation.
Before assuming his current position in 2022, As a country head / Chief Operating Officer he had established four development centres in India in IT industry. From last 30 years and around 20 years’ experience in operation and Delivery.
He has spend more than two decades in US and European Companies. In this duration he has worked with NASA and KOREAN Telecom as well as many more Corporate internationally.
A strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, Bhartendu has played a key role in fostering gender equality in Operations.
Bhartendu holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a master’s degree in Operations Management from ER & DCI.
Dr. Kumar
CTO
Oversees Bizentia’s Technology business globally. Also leads Bizentia’s technology and innovation strategy, technology R&D, ventures, and ecosystem groups. Responsible for managing Bizentia’s alliances, partnerships and senior-level relationships with leading and emerging technology companies.
Dr. Satya Prakash Tripathi

With over 26 years of experience – he is established corporate leader in his respective fields in Consultancy & handholding services on Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Projects, Cluster Development, MSME Industries, Rural Industries Etc.
He is PhD and M.Phil .
Dr.Abhilasha Dwivedi
Independent Director
With over 20 years of experience – she has three master degrees. and her Doctoral thesis leading to the award of PHD degree in the area of Government policy RTI has been appreciated by the research fraternity and the policy makers. She is presently associated as co-investigator, on the research carried out in the department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology on a prospective study to know the correlation between unnatural death.

Mr. Aalap Shah

Aalap Shah has 23 years of experience in the information and technology field, he has worked with multinational companies as a consultant and a channel partner.
Aalap Shah is good at understanding complete processes of a system. preparing feasibility study, gap fit analysis reports, doing QA and QC of any system.
He is also very good at selling software at Government and corporate levels.
