Bhartendu Sharma is Bizentia\u2019s chief operating officer, with responsibility for leading the company\u2019s global business operations, executing its business strategy, protecting its people and infrastructure, and ensuring operational excellence, including Bizentia\u2019s ongoing digital transformation.<\/p>

Before assuming his current position in 2022, As a country head \/ Chief Operating Officer he had established four development centres in India in IT industry. From last 30 years and around 20 years\u2019 experience in operation and Delivery.<\/p>

He has spend more than two decades in US and European Companies. In this duration he has worked with NASA and KOREAN Telecom as well as many more Corporate internationally.<\/p>

A strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, Bhartendu has played a key role in fostering gender equality in Operations.<\/p>
